Description: Wpc Dee the Scottish Policewoman has Failed to Escape from her Speed cuffs , and her Colleagues are a bit mischievous so they Decide to add another pair of Speed cuffs to her ankles and put a strip of Ductape over her mouth to keep her quiet , she mmmmffffsssss into the tape over her mouth but she can only gag talk . she knows she has no hope of escape she just struggles in the cuffs but they are on too tight . she pulls at the speedcuffs but she knows that she is totally secured with no way out.and hopes she is set free soon !
