Description: re-edited from the DVD  Lady AlexXandra has her slave bound like a spread eagle on the bed, he is completly helpless and must endoure, what she dishes out. She enters the scene with the words "here is my slave... a.. patient" a slave which has to be treatened like a patient? First she sits on his chest for testing his breath-ability under pressure and finds out that he need more for improve his breath. She moves on his throat, clamp his head in a scissor... it's a good training for the breath. Soon she lands on his face, "no-breath-therapy" and continues with scissors, chestsitting and -kneeling.
