As our story opens, Damselette Chloe Rose has been assigned to bring in "The Henchman." She follows a tip that brings her to the Coutts Hotel, and sneaks into her quarry's suite. She's confronted by the masked villain, who asks where American Damsel is. She explains that he doesn't rate her presence as he's only a henchman. This angers him, and he declares he's not just "a" henchman but THE Henchman. He's also disappointed because he won't find out if the device he's holding will work on American Damsel. He presses the button and Chloe is hit by a blast of The DeMoore Frequency: the legendary tone that gives women the uncontrollable desire to be tied up! Our susceptible Damselette immediately falls to the floor and begs The Henchman to be put into bondage... and he's more than happy to accommodate her! Chloe's wicked host then treats her to a variety of bondage predicaments.
