Beginner Wrap for Kerri Taylor - Plastic Wrap Mummification

Description: This is my position suggestion for the first time you try saran wrap on anybody.  Start with a cool room, because plastic wrap tends to push up your captive's body temperature by several degrees.  Place a towel pad on the chair for comfort, and to absorb sweat.  Hands-in-front is less panicky for beginners, and less likely to hurt a shoulder.  Have fun!  P.S. Don't recline the chair unless you have a couple people with you to help move the chair carefully.
