Disguised as a janitor, he apprehends a cat-suited burglar (Jacky Fay-Lynn) who has cracked the safe and obtained the Upsilon protype. Vibert binds the sexy burglar to the safe, ballgags her then removes her mask before relieving the burglar of her loot, then unzipping her suit to expose her breasts.
