The only one problem in put trash bag overhead - to keep airhole.
In this set http://www.trashbagbondage.com/en/collections/stella-ball-packed-in-trash-bag model can use at least all air inside the bag over her body and also there were some air holes on right side (unseen from the point of view)
In second case http://www.trashbagbondage.com/en/collections/stella-wrapped-completely-in-black-cling-film-2 girl just have o-ring gag so she can easy breath using her mouth.
In last (unpublished) set girl use snorkeling tube for breath.
And anyway I strongly don't recommend to do it youself without anybody next to you. If you practise selfbondage, the mistake in the process lead to few hours in bondage while your back up found you. In case of breath play (bag over head) - few minutes can be enough to die if you make mistake in this process...
